Authorities and the Secret Service are investigating an incident in Frederick including an apparent attempt to frighten citizens with the delivery of a threatening letter. The Secret Service is involved due to the fact that the letter specifically threatened Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden and vice presidential candidate Sen. Kamala Harris. Kirk Henneberry said. The letter warned, "If you are a Biden-Harris advocate, you will be targeted. We have a list of houses by your election signs.
